Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how billing works for BetterPro plans offered by BetterPro ("BetterPro", "we", "us"). They supplement our Terms of Service. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
1. Auto-Renewing Subscription
Your plan is a recurring subscription. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current renewal price for the next period.
2. Introductory Pricing
Some plans are offered at a discounted introductory price for the first billing period. After the introductory period ends, the subscription renews at the standard price for the chosen plan length, as shown at checkout, until cancelled.
3. Plan Options & Billing Cycles
- 1-week plan — billed weekly until cancelled.
- 1-month plan — billed every month until cancelled.
- 3-month plan — billed every 3 months until cancelled.
The exact prices, discounts, and renewal amounts are displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase and apply at the moment of purchase.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting betterprolife@gmail.com. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
5. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions described at the point of sale. To request a refund, contact betterprolife@gmail.com. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are otherwise non-refundable.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. If a change affects your renewal price, we will provide notice in advance, and the new price will apply to subsequent billing periods.
7. Failed Payments
If a charge fails, we may retry the payment and/or suspend access until payment is successful. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid and up to date.
